公司占地1600平方米，共有员工四十多人，其中行政技术人员十多人，一线职工三十多人，年生产能力2000万元。公司下设二个车间，另设技术测试室、质量检验室各一个。自上而下采取科学管理方法，流水线操作程序，并拥有南京工艺设备厂和上海南洋电工器材厂等厂家制造的七条正规流水线设备，即镀锡、挤塑、绞线、物理发泡、高速编织、成缆、大型挤塑。为确保数字传输电缆和各种音响喇叭线、电源线在质量上的稳定性，公司还配备有扫频测试仪，并提供产业信息传输线质量监督检验中心检测报告。

    本公司产品有五大系列，200多种规格，各种产品以国际、部标为产品标准，同邮电部SDH、CDMA、DWDM数字传输信息、高速多媒体网络机组相配套，同进采用超高率物理发泡工艺，使产品更完美、更具先进性。主要产品是射频同轴电缆集成电缆、8管耐高温同轴集成电缆、邮电跳线、屏蔽电缆、高频电缆、五类电缆、接入网同轴电缆和各种E系列音响喇叭线、话筒线、电源线等。

Brief Introduction

    Located at the south of Xiaoshan District Hangzhou City, Hangzhou Xiaoshan Jisheng Communication Cable Co., Ltd is only about 20 kilometers from Hangzhou downtown and is 20 kilometers from the new-built HangzhouXiaoshanInternationalAirport in the north. It is near Hangzhou-Jinhua-Quzhou Expressway in east and against Zhejiang-Jiangxi Railway and the east multiple track of 03 Provincial Highway in the west. So it has convenient traffic. Built in April 2000, it is specialized in producing kinds of communication wire series products which have been awarded as trustable products and granted a certificate by China Inspection Association and ChinaRecommendation & AssessmentCenter in 2001.

    With total area of 1,600 square meters, our company has more than 40 employees including 10 technicians & administrative staffs and over 30 workers. The annual output value is RMB 20 million yuan. There are two workshops, one technical test room and one inspection room in our company. Also we have seven assembly lines introduced from Nanjing Technological Equipments Factory and Shanghai Nanyang Electrical Appliances Factory such as tinning, squeezing, twisting, physical blowing, high-speed weaving, wring and extruding, etc. To ensure the quality of digital communication cable and kinds of power line, we also introduced sweep signal generator to provide test report for cable’s transportation capacity.

    We have more than 200 varieties products in five series and all them are in conformity with the standard of nation and ministry as well as they are matched to SDH, CDMA, DWDM digital communication system and high-speed multimedia network unit. Adopting advanced physical blowing technique, we can make our products more perfect. The main products of our company are: radio-frequency integrated cable, eight-tube heatproof coaxial integrated cable, wire jumper, shield cable, radio cable, five cable, network coaxial cable and kinds of sonic loudspeaker cable, microphone cable and power line, etc.
